Another popular travel safari attraction in Tanzania is Zanzibar Island.  Zanzibar is the home of idyllic beaches, balmy weather & warm tropical waters. This archipelago is renowned for clear warm waters, coral reefs, and rich marine diversity making it a perfect under-water destination for snorkeling and diving. Tourism is the top income generator for the islands, outpacing even the lucrative agricultural export industry and providing roughly 25% of income. The main airport on the island is Zanzibar International Airport.


Ndutu Region

Ndutu Region, also known as the birthplace of wildebeest and Zebras. This region is part of Ngorongoro Conservation which stretches south of Serengeti National Park. The region is famed for its short grass plains, rich in nutrients, and sustains their Migratory animals whilst they have their babies. After new babies are born, they continue to mature and gaining strength daily between March and April preparing for a long Migration Journey to the North in search of Green pasture and water. This region attracts many predators like hyenas and lions.
