Day 1: Pick up Nairobi / Transfer Masai Mara National Reserve
Pick up from your hotel or airport in the morning at 0730hrs. Drive through the floor of Great Rift Valley with a magnificent view of Mount Longonot then via Narok town to arrive at your camp in time for lunch. Check-in, enjoy your hot buffet lunch then refresh as you await for your afternoon game drive at 1500hrs. After a short rest, start the first introduction game drive in the afternoon, tracking the various animal species and birds that inhabit here with your driver-guide until sunset. Dinner and Overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
The Mara reserve is 1510 km² of incredible wide-open landscapes and fertile riverine woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek rivers in Kenya. One glimpse is enough to explain its appeal; it is typical open savannah, with a mass of amazing wildlife. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and hippos are also found in great numbers. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal or surveying the plains for their next meal. The ultimate action here is, without doubt, the annual wildebeest exodus, the Great Migration, in July and August when millions of these grass eaters move north from the Serengeti in search of lusher grass before turning south again in October.
A full-day game drive with picnic lunch until sunset. Dinner and Overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 3: Leave Masai Mara National Reserve / Transfer Nairobi
After your early morning hot buffet breakfast, you will have your final morning game drive then check-out of the camp and proceed to Nairobi with a drop-off at your Nairobi hotel. You will have lunch on the way to Nairobi. Dinner and Overnight at already booked hotel at Nairobi.
Day 4: Pick up Nairobi / Transfer Arusha by Shuttle via namanga border
Pick up from your hotels in Nairobi at 730hrs drive to Arusha with a stopover at the border post for immigration formalities, arrive in Arusha to be met by one of our staff followed by safari briefing. Dinner and Overnight will be at Tulia Boutique hotel.
Day 5: Pick up Arusha / Transfer Lake Manyara National Park
Pick up from your hotel in Arusha at 0800hrs and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive after lunch at your lodge. A good network of tracks and roads in the park allows excellent game viewing opportunities. Animals seen include buffalo and elephants. Other animals present that can be seen with luck are the tree-climbing lions, leopard, and black rhino. Lesser flamingos and Egyptian geese are some of the birds seen here.
Day 6: Leave Lake Manyara National Park / Transfer Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, leave lake Manyara for Ngorongoro crater arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, descend 2000 ft (670m) into the crater. Black manned lions, rhinos, buffaloes, elephants and other grazing animals abound. Afternoon game drive, return to Ngorongoro wildlife lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Leave Ngorongoro Crater / Transfer Serengeti National park
Leave Ngorongoro after breakfast for Serengeti arriving in time for lunch after lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in this unique park to see the many animals. With the help of our guide, we will search the big five, the big cats, and many other animals. You might spot the calving season of the wildebeest, the migration, and the crossing although all happen in different seasons. Later this evening, we shall head back to our Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Serengeti National park
This whole day, have breakfast then depart for a full-day game drive carrying parked lunch with you. You will marvel at what Serengeti has to offer regarding wild game hence famously known as the World’s largest wildlife sanctuary. Then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Serengeti national park has beautiful views of the endless plains with over 500 recorded bird species. The park is home to the big seven including; lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, cheetah, rhino, and African hunting dog. The Serengeti stretches 14,763 (5,700 sq miles) stretching North to Kenya and bordering Lake Victoria to the West. Serengeti has the highest concentration of large mammals on this planet and it's famously known for its 2,500 Lions the largest concentration found anywhere. The park also has over 518 identified bird species where some of them are Eurasian migrants who are present in the European winter months from October to April.
Day 9: Leave Serengeti National park / Transfer and drop off Arusha
After breakfast leave the lodge for game viewing on your way out of Serengeti, drive to Arusha where the tour ends in the afternoon with a drop off at Kilimanjaro Airport or your Arusha hotel.
