Full Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up Nairobi / Transfer Masai Mara National Reserve
Pick up at 0730hrs and drive towards Masai Mara National Reserve. Maasai Mara is situated in south-west Kenya and is one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves. Together with the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, it forms Africa’s most diverse, incredible, and most spectacular eco-systems and possibly the world’s top safari big game viewing eco-system. It is globally famous for its exceptional population of lions, leopards, and cheetahs, and the annual migration of zebra, Thomson's gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti every year from July to October, known as the Great Migration. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp. After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive, dinner, and overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza! The Masai Mara as is popularly known remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Natural world. Masai Mara reserve hosts the highest and varied concentration of wild animals than any other park in the region. The scenic appeal of this tree studded savannah plains, its moderate climate, and diversity of wild game species make it a one-stop for game viewing activities. We shall traverse the reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game. You shall visit the Mara river where you may watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July –October). Dinner and Overnight at the camp/lodge.
Day 3: Leave Masai Mara National Reserve / Transfer and drop off Nairobi
Early morning game viewing drives at the Masai Mara. Depart for Nairobi with a lunch stop on the way. Arrive Nairobi in the late afternoon at appr.4.30PM. Drop off at your Nairobi hotel or airport.
